WE REMEMBER
A quiet companion for shadow work, remembering, and return—
rooted in ancestral liberation and cyclical healing with Mother Earth.
Released in small batches.
This work rests between printings.
What This IsThe Lifebook is a self-guided, private reflective book for people moving through real healing—grief, rage, silence, tenderness, and return. It is not prescriptive.
It does not rush.It is meant to be used slowly, in relationship with body, land, memory, and breath.
What This Is NotThis is not a course, program, or workbook, or guided healing experience. There is no facilitation, teaching, community space or expectation of progress. If you are looking for fast healing or transformation, this may not be the right place.
Who This Is ForThis Lifebook is for people who are ready to move slowly, listen inward, and engage healing without performance or urgency. It is for those who understand that healing is not linear, that shadow and light belong together, and that returning to oneself often happens quietly. You do not need to be “ready” or whole. You only need to be willing to sit with what is real.
The States of BeingThis Lifebook does not move in chapters or steps.
It moves through states that may return, overlap, or remain unfinished. You may enter anywhere.
You may skip freely.
You may return as needed.

Lineage & GroundingThis Lifebook was created by a disabled, queer, Latina veteran whose healing has been shaped by survival, service, rupture, and remembrance. It was formed through lived experience with prolonged trauma, grief, rage, burnout, and institutional harm — and through practices of returning to body, land, and water when language was not available. This work is informed by ancestral ways of healing and remembering, not as trend or aesthetic, but as inheritance — rooted in relationship to Mother Earth, cyclical time, and the understanding that healing is relational. This Lifebook speaks from one body and one lineage.
It does not claim universality.
It offers presence.
Requesting a CopyThe Lifebook is released in small, intentional batches. It is not always available. If you feel drawn to this work, you may request a copy.
